  • PLEASE YELP, ADD A NEGATIVE STAR RATING. This was our first time using a property management service to rent a house. I can't imagine how the Stocker Team survives as a business. Jessica is without a doubt the most unprofesional person we have ever met. A complete lack of communication from her. Within one month we sent four e-mails and numerous phone calls that were never responded to. If you take the time off work to make a scheduled meeting with her, plan on her being late. I guess our time was never as important as hers. Maybe it's different for property owners vs renters. All I can say is if you dare test your fate and rent from her, document everything!! She didn't do a walk through at the beginning of the rental term and again didn't do a walk through at the end. I can't say enough how horrible the service was. There are too many other property management places reviewed here on Yelp to take the chance on this one. I wish we would've done more research. We liked the flexibility of moving every so often to accommodate work and school for our kids but this experience has made us rethink that and now we've bought another house....without the use of the Stocker Team.
