  • Arrived on a Friday morning with car rental reservation in hand. Waited approx 45 minutes to get to the counter to pick up reserved car keys. The other 5 car rental centers next to Budget are not nearly as slow. Why Budget only had one line for both rentals and reserved is very frustrating. Should have 2 lines. Will use Thrifty or Hertz next time.
