  • 24/7 Audio Video has been a life saver for us. Several years ago they initially coordinated all our "remotes" so all we need is one remote control device to operate our TV, DVD, CD, etc., including our outdoor speakers in just one universal remote. They came back once when we added a new cable box and when one of our speakers wasn't working. They techs who have come are excellent! They diagnose the problem and get it working quickly. I recently had to have Cox out since we couldn't stream from Amazon; we received error messages that the bandwidth wasn't sufficient! The first guy came and said we needed the "new" small box because Cox is going all digital. I thought that since out TV'S were digital, we didn't need the box. Apparently to boost cable revenue, you need the "new box" regardless. So we had to wait for a second cable guy, who came yesterday and installed the box, but in the process of making sure "everything was working," unplugged one little plug that made two TV'S not work. Of course, I didn't turn on either TV until after Cable Guy Left! So today Jeremy from 24/7 Audio Video came. He quickly figured out what Cable Guy did and had both TV'S working in no time . I so appreciate that they were able to come out so quickly. They are the best, and I highly recommend 24/7 Audio Video!
