  • This company charged $230 to clean my white vinyl loveseat and repair a small hole in the cushion. They told me that I needed a new foam insert for the cushion to protect my investment, but after multiple requests on my part, never sent me a quote like promised. Sure enough, it cracked again 2 and half weeks later. I brought it to an upholstery place for an opinion - one that offers cleaning, repair and/or upholsters They told me that the cushion vinyl was way too old and too dry to hold up any longer from the stress of people sitting on it - that repair was not a viable option - but that they could make a new matching cushion for $190. Now the loveseat looks like new. But what a waste of the $230 I paid to Fibrenew Mesa.
