  • Wow. I literally just walked out of this office. I wish I would've read the Yelp reviews before scheduling. Jennifer, receptionist has thee worst attitude I've ever experienced in an doctors office setting. Yikes! She was so negative. In addition, she was on the her cell phone talking about a sporting event she recently attended by while barely assisting me. I thought it was just me, until I noticed she gave another lady that was waiting the same bad attitude after assisting me. Out walks Cindy Wilson, the psychiatrist. She walks me back to her office. I kindly mention that the receptionist was kinda nasty to myself and another patient/customer. She rudely replies, "Okay, you can waste your time talking about this incident you had with the receptionist or you can talk about what you are here to talk about." Wow! Like, what is all the attitude about?!? I've never encountered such tasteless and unprofessional women in my life. I told her after this encounter I would not be back. Cindy stated that I should talk about something else. I told her to give me my money back and I'll pay someone else for better service. These women are trash! Please don't go here. Go to another office with better service.
