  • I went in requesting a nose piercing and the person at the counter was irritated that I am a soft spoken person and yelled at me to speak up. I was taken aback by it, but am really glad it happened. I ended up at Black Cloud and met the most awesome staff and made future appointments with an amazing tattoo artist. I'm glad the situation happened and I ended up at a place that treats people more respectfully.
