  • I was treated with pure professionalism! My associate was very knowledgeable of product! She had noticed my wife's bag, and even knew what year we purchased it, based on the design. I don't shop at Gucci daily, because there is not a store in my city. It is when we travel and visit the stores is where we get to experience the one on one service. No matter what the cost is to me, we always walk out feeling like a like a star. Sure one can shop online, eh...not the same felling.
