Well I guess happy hour prices depend on when you pay not when you order. We stopped at 5:45 to get a glass of wine before dinner. We were quickly pointed to the bar near the window. 10 minuets later someone took our order, but a wine tasting had just ended and the staff were busy processing orders. At 6:15 we were served. The patrons from the wine tasting were loud making it difficult to have a quiet conversation. It was like we walked into a party without an invitation. In addition, we like draft wine. Don't get it at Central Wine there draft Cabernet was ice cold. As cold as a beer.
Bottom line don't get the draft red and don't stop if you see a crowd and want a quiet spot for a glass of wine.
