  • I went with my mom, luckily my service came out great, but sadly for my mother she wasn't so lucky. The technician doing her gel manicure and pedicure was the absolute worst. He painted my toe nails only half way up the nail and my manicure is blotchy and shaped my nails to press against my skin. My hands were in constant pain. He left all the lotions on my leg, and when I asked another worker to clean my legs. She used a customers used towel. So unsanitary. I'll be reporting them to the health district for sure. I went back two days later to get my service fixed, no customers were there when I walked in. All of a sudden several customers walk in after me and they took them first. I waited for almost 40 minutes and I had enough. I asked to speak to a manager or to the owner, and there was no one of power to even submit my complaint. Worse nail experience ever.
