  • I am horrible with names so will update this review as soon as I get ahold of my stylist's name. I really hope the manager or owner reads these because one of your employees seriously needs great recognition. First of all, I am by far the pickiest girl when it comes to her hair. I grew up with a mother that is a hair stylist and has been doing hair since the beginning of time. ;) Joke aside, I am use to someone dependable who always makes my hair look great with the cut, color and style. I moved to Arizona. I was in desperate need of a cut and color but too nervous to try anyone new. I'm sure we have all experienced a bad cut or color and I wanted to avoid that. I saw this salon anytime I went to Nordstrom to shop. Finally, one day, after being tired of having bad hair days, my split ends and dark roots, and my endless search online of the perfect place to go in Phoenix, I decided to give this salon a chance. I was a walk-in and the friendly receptionist was able to get me an appointment on the spot. I probably had to wait 20 minutes but hey, that's okay! I was a walk-in so what else did I expect? Finally, when I sat down at my stylist's station, I told her my fears, I explained no one else styled my hair except my mother and told her exactly what I wanted. Not only did she exceed my expectations that day but she also exceeded my expectations the following two times I came back for cuts, colors and styles. I will not go anywhere else in Arizona. This place may not be a posh and hip salon in Scottsdale. But if you want someone who really knows how to give a great hair color, cut and style, you will find it here. Not only that but you will also find someone who really listens to your needs and delivers! People constantly compliment me on my hair and love the color. :)
