  • ABM was dispatched to work on our 7 year old HE washing machine through American Home Shield. I contacted them to set up our appointment and they were very professional and prompt in responding. On the day of our appointment, I was contacted about 30 minutes prior to their arrival, and our tech was Peter. Peter was very professional, very pleasant and quick to figure out what the problem was after we described the noises it was making. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. So today, I did a load of laundry, and what a huge difference!! Our washer runs like it's brand new again. We had no problems at all with ABM from start to finish.
