I visited Chima last year in Charlotte. I've been to Texas De Brazil, Fogo De Chao, and Rodizio Grill and I will say this is almost the best if not the same along side with TDB. Meat cuts, seasoning, and variety were excellent. The salad bar is huge and has lots of great items. The service was superb as well.
The only reason I gave this a 4-star and not 5 is because when I visited Chima with my co-worker in the evening after getting off work really late and my co-worker was asked to remove a casual hat (not a baseball hat or anything) he was wearing which I thought was odd considering we came in jeans. He had to go to the restroom to fix his hair since the hat messes it up. While I was waiting for him at our table I noticed a man sitting at a table across from me wearing a freaking sports hat and way under dressed. It looked like he was a mechanic. That kind of ticked me off but I did not mention it to him or else he would have made a scene (which I couldnt blame him). So thank the hostess for yanking that extra star.
