Not happy at all....We purchased our dinning table and 2 extra Parsons chairs. The table itself was great, very durable. The 2 extra chairs were not delivered at the same time, when I called to see why... the rep said it might had been delayed by manufacturer, then I called a few days later to follow up.... Guess what?!?! All of the sudden the Parsons chairs are discontinued. If I wouldn't of called, they wouldn't of called to advise me. Bad customer service! Then I called to replace my chairs, it's been almost 2 wks and still no chairs! Each time I call no one has an answer or I am "to get" a call back, yeah right!!!!
The sales persons should of made sure the items were all available and of course to be delivered at the same time. That's the deal. He was good but the rest of the experience was bad even with the finance company, (Crest) it's supposed to be "90 days same as cash", but they want their money like in 30 days. What's the point?
My problem is the communication from their service department, they don't call to follow up at all. They have a voice message each time I call.
