  • I wonder if invitation homes is under new management, because we have noticed a serious decline in customer service over the last year. We cannot wait to move the hell out of this ghetto house in this ghetto neighborhood away from this ghetto property management company. These people are the very height of unprofessionalism. Any time we have called them with legitimate concerns they are rude, dismissive, and argumentative. They insisted we have a home inspection and we agreed, but had to reschedule. At no point were we informed that WE WOULD BE CHARGED $50 for rescheduling. I received an email TODAY stating that if the fee is not paid by TOMORROW we will essentially have 10 days to move out. What the hell??? This is the first notice!!! And we get one day??? I absolutely hate this company and cannot wait to get the hell out of here. These people have no souls. Seriously, avoid at all costs.
