  • Mrs. Fishstick suggested this place......so I went. Food was delicious. Honestly if you don't like this place.....do yourself a favor and go treat yourself to a $1 menu cheeseburger somewhere because that is the type of food your palette desires. However, if you enjoy good food, southern food in particular, this little place won't let you down. We had: 1. Crabcake - crisp on the outside, moist (Mrs. Fishstick hates that word) on the inside with a spicy remolaude. 2. Crawpuppies - crisp little balls of crawfish, breading and seasoning with an adequate dipping sauce. 3. Softshell crab poboy - two softshell crabs fried GBD. We had to ask for extra mayo but they were very tasty. 4. Shrimp n grits - AMAZING. The shrimp n grits here are among the best entrees I've had in Vegas. A feat in itself was getting Mrs. Fishstick to eat them. She was reluctant to try saying "I don't like grits" but these white, creamy gems are akin to something else of similar description she enjoys a lot so I insisted she tried. And......she liked them!!! Good job Lola's Louisiana Kitchen. Excellent food!!!
