The only reason I put one star is because I have had a really good connection to internet and no problems aside from Customer Service. I just made a phone call to cancel my TV service and phone service and had the WORST customer service over the phone ever. I even asked the guy if there was another number I could call because he was sighing over the phone after every question I had. I understand that it isn't so pleasant that I'm downgrading my bundle but still. You should at least try to keep me as a customer period. This phone call changed my mind about COX. We'll see if I can find a better deal elsewhere in the future.
