  • Horrible!!! The worst service I have ever seen! Take a number..: and your jaw will drop when you see what number you have and where you are in line. Have a seat because you will be there for at least 3 hours .... If you finally get your car. Don't book on Air Miles because you can't get a refund once you book so you will be stuck with this below budget car rental company. Bring a sleeping bag because you will be spending a nigh on the floor at the airport !! Seriously budget get your act together! 2 hours and counting !!! Surrounded by a room full of ANGRY customers. And apparently this is the norm.
