  • This is the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. One error after another the year I had health insurance with them. They sent 6, count them 6, welcome letters with insurance info cards. They processed a claim in my name for a doctor I've never seen in Kingman, AZ (I don't think I've once been to that town in my life). I wrote a letter to them concerning this error and it took two months to receive a canned response telling me they couldn't process the claim because I didn't provide enough info. Did you even read my letter? I couldn't help but chuckle later when they sent me a letter telling me they wouldn't be providing individual plans in 2017 and that I would have to find another provider. As if I will ever do business with Health Choice again. To top it all off they sent me a letter in December telling me I was dropped due to non-payment (though I have proof they they processed payment every single month of the year). Here's hoping it doesn't screw up my tax filing. It's very frustrating that garbage companies like this are receiving hundreds or thousands of dollars from hard working Americans due to the ACA. They don't deserve a single cent.
