  • So disappointed this changed from a hand wash to a machine wash. Damaged my truck the first time. They stuffed my radio antenna into the front door and closed the door. This scratched the door paint to metal and also damaged my door seal. I gave them ample opportunity to take care of it with multiple emails, contact us on the web, and phone calls. They won't respond at all. They also missed a large piece of gum on the side of my truck. While I was inside to try to talk to a manager another customer came in. He was driving off and noticed in his rear view mirror his passenger side of his vehicle had dents. It turns out the mechanical brush had fallen off and left 6-8 foot dent in his new F450. They didn't say a word to him and handed his keys like nothing happened. They knew because they had already put the brush back on in the tunnel. Extreme unprofessional !!!!!!! Just in it for the $$$ and could care less about customer service. I rarely leave bad reviews. I also gave them time to make it right so I didn't have to leave bad reviews. I have photos to prove. My recommendation, find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.
