  • When we first checked in my first thought was the desk clerk was not very friendly and engaged, that prob started the impression off wrong. We checked into room handicapped was disappointed was not asked if that was execrable and room was not comfortable . It worked but probably would not stay here again. Morning all staff was friendly . I am a hiltons member and have spent 10 night this year and will continue just not here.
