  • I have to say that we are really disappointed in our experience with Capstone Realty Professionals. We contacted them because we are interested in renting out our home when we move out of state for work in a few months. We initially spoke with Ed Drummond and were then passed on to Jimmy Dominguez. Jimmy came to complete the home visit. He wasn't very warm and friendly and did not introduce himself at the door, but overall he was ok. He also didn't seem very interested in looking at all areas of the home but did snap pictures here and there. He said that he would get back to us in a few days with the comps for the area, but then we never received any follow up. This was almost one month ago. We finally sent another email 4 days ago asking for follow-up, and have only received a notification back from Jimmy's email address stating that the email address is no longer monitored. I'm assuming that means he was either fired or quit, but we still did not hear back from Ed. I cannot tell you how uncomfortable it makes us feel knowing someone came into our home, took pictures, and then we never heard from them again and they no longer work with the company, who also doesn't follow up. Other people seem to have had a good experience, but that was not so in this case, and at this point I would not trust them to care for our home. We will look elsewhere for a property management company.
