Update, March 31st 2016: I, too, was contacted by management via yelp and I am both confused as to why I would get a response almost a year later and even worse, such an aggressive raging condescending message. In all if my 244 reviews, waxed bar is the only vendor to send such an offensive and over the top message... unbelievable. Very disappointed and unpleasantly surprised to receive their angry message at 11:30pm on a Friday. If anything, management has succeeded in representing their establishment in an even more negative light so congrats on that. To Ata: my honest review from last summer stands despite the thousands of happy customers you claim to have. SMH.
6/8/2016: Very bad customer service. Receptionist/"esthetician" came off as very nonchalant and lazy. I guess that's why the place is always empty. Will never step a foot inside again.
