| - Worked with Dan who is a long time sales manager there. He was courteous, professional, and despite it being a broker - meaning that their prices are close to non-negotiable - he made me a pretty fair deal on a used BMW X5. Dan was a busy with another customer for a few minutes and rather than have me wait he asked another salesman to help me out until he could get freed up. The other guy was pretty good as well. Dan later told me that they don't work on commission at KDK so they all help one another out in order to give the customers the best service possible.
In addition, their selection is terrific and their prices are usually fair to good, and sometimes excellent. I use CarGurus.com to compare and evaluate how good a price for a vehicle is, and in my experience KDK's prices are pretty good generally.
My only ding, is that they were so busy when I came to finalize the deal and pick up the car that I felt rushed. Also, the car was supposed to be detailed. But it wasn't. It was washed and vacuumed, but the windows were filmy on the inside and it doesn't look like it was detailed. Still, the car was already pretty clean, so this is a small gripe.
I will go there again for the selection, the prices, and the service. All were very good.
