I called on Friday to make an appointment. I was put on hold and then asked about my insurance. I gave them my insurance information and they said they would call back in 1 hour. I never heard from them.
I called again Monday morning. Was put on a long hold. I told them about Friday and another long hold. Then I was disconnected.
I called back at which time I was sent to an answering machine.
Finally on the 3rd call I talked to another person that put me on hold. Then she asked what I needed, I told her and she said she would check. She came back and said they had no record of my call. Then she said they would need my records from my previous Gastero Dr. Before I could make an appointment anyway.
I then talked to a supervisor there and was essentially told the same thing. So I wasted about a half a day for nothing. What a joke this place is. I told the supervisor they have a serious front end problem. But I doubt she cared. Honestly, If you going to go to a medical Dr. it is important the staff has their act together as it reflects on the quality of care that is given!
