  • These folks are great! My daughter's car broke down while I was visiting her from out of town, and she only had one day to get it fixed (she needs it for work). Another mechanic had told her the problem was the power steering pump, so after researching on Yelp! I called ATS to see what they could do. The receptionist's first Q was whether I was sure it actually was the pump, because they didn't want to fix the wrong thing; she said she might be able to squeeze me in the same day, and then she checked to make sure they could actually keep their promise and called me back to confirm. I brought it there and walked to a nearby restaurant while they worked on it. Turns out they were smart -- it WASN'T the pump, but the high pressure power steering hose. They obtained one quickly and had me out before the afternoon even got too hot. A+++ service (and great people, too).
