  • We ordered a custom door through this company to accommodate our personal stained glass pieces ( an oval and 2 side lights). As it turns out, they did not do this door, it was subbed out to another company unbeknownst to us. 1st lie. we were told the door would be done no later than 5/30th (2nd lie) ...which came and went...with no followup calls. no one returns calls anymore! we ended up finally getting our door the end of July! this process started in March! and they still had to tweak some problems. very stressful experience and I would NOT recommend this company!
