  • This location's customer service could really use improvement. I continue to eat at Panera because I like their food and it's a healthy-ish option close to home but the staff always seem annoyed, irritated that you are there, and like you have severely inconvenienced them. I've started ordering online and picking it up through the drive thru just to avoid the staff.
