rev:text	Terrible service, very un-helpful, rude, and would not honor a Groupon I had purchased for their services (it was already paid for!). I left esquire, offended, without redeeming it, and I am happier to lose my money than leave my duvet cover there - it still needs cleaning. I will never, EVER, go here or recommend anyone going here.
