  • If I could give zero stars I would. If you go here make sure they check your benefits. I went through a whole office visit and they did not tell me I was out of network so I will be paying a high price deductible. They also tried to add services on to my bill that I didn't agree to. They refused to do a pupil exam on me unless I purchased glasses with them. Dr. Ray has the worst bed side manner I've ever experienced, it seemed like he was uncomfortable with me being transgender. The rudest doctor I have ever met in my life. I will NEVER return to this place! WARNING IF YOUR PART OF THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY DO NOT COME HERE! I felt attacked by Dr. Ray from the very beginning. I was nothing but nice to the whole staff. If I would of known I was out of network from the beginning I would of just left.
