This is more of a 2.5 star review. The only hit was the hot and sour soup which is one of the better ones I've tasted. However we were disappointed with the ma po tofu and the chow mein.... both were almost cold...definitely not cooked fresh. Even though the service was good, when we ordered the ma po tofu the waitress said "oh that is spicy!" As if these gringos can't handle the heat! This made me excited that this might be an authentic Chinese dish. Much to my surprise it had hardly any spice at all! Wine is overpriced. Dining here made L'atelier Joel Robuchon the night before look like a pretty good deal!
