  • I walked-in one late weekday morning and waited 2 hours to see Dr. Hak. I was forewarned that it would be at least an hour wait, so I was mentally prepared to wait. 2 hours later... the doctor was apologetic about the wait, and got through the appointment efficiently. He has lovely bedside manners. Doesn't make you feel stupid about your medical issues at all, whether real or imagined! Would I go there again...? Due to the wait time, probably not unless it was a dire emergency... at which point I would probably go to an actual emerg. If Dr. Hak was your family doctor, that's a different story entirely.
