| - I love Dr Campbell, Eric & Hawkins but the staff is really starting to be aggravating. I've been a patient for 2 yrs without many problems, but I've pretty much been on the same meds. Due to the"opioid crisis" & hassles with pharmacies I've put off dealing with meds being changed cause I didn't need the stress. Never did I imagine the stress would be coming from the Dr's office. A couple of months ago after talking to Hawkins, I decided I would go for the change cause I really needed it. I've been suffering for years and it's just getting worse with age. So a week ago we decided to start the process of changing meds. This included stopping one of my meds so we could replace it. Within 24 hrs discovered the insurance company denied the new med, not that big of a deal they said, they would just do another med. That was last Wed. I've bn put off, told I would have it by Fri, then told on Mon there were people ahead of me, yesterday told I would have it that evening or today in the morning. I keep calling, now getting an answering machine (mind u 2:30 in the afternoon) & no answer to when I'm actually get the new med. In the meantime I haven't had any working pain med in over a week. You can't imagine the pain I'm going through & no help from staff. I hope Dr Campbell sees this cause I do love him, he is great but whatever's going on in the office isn't working.
OK woke up this am, & everything was finally resolved (surprisingly) so I do want to say that this clinic does care about you, I think there are some issues in the office part but maybe they're working on resolving them which is the most important thing. Thanks again everyone, my little nightmare should be over.
