  • Absolutely the worst - do not bank with these people. AND whatever you do don't use the ATM at the bank. Tonight I go to use the ATM that is clearly listed as an ATM that accepts my brand of debt card. Half way through the transaction the ATM displays "temporarily out of service" and it has not returned my card. When I alert the bank teller she says, "Oh was it a US Bank card?" I say no and she says, "Well it does that sometimes." I say are you kidding me - why would you ever let anyone use this ATM then. Then Luis Nieves, Senior Banker says he will see what he can do, he goes in the back and resets the ATM machine at which time it restarts mid-transaction and spits my card out half way before immediately sucking it back in before I can grab it and then goes back to saying temporarily unavailable. When I complain and say you have got to be kidding me it is the day before Thanksgiving and your machine has my Debt Card he says to me "Well it is a problem with your card and there is a reason why it took it, there is nothing I can do." I remind him that he and the other teller had started the conversation with stating the machine does that sometimes - let us try to reset it. BTW - At home contacted my bank and the card services and they confirm nothing was wrong with the card. JUST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH US BANK - Stay away from these idiots!
