I'm not even sure where to start with this.
As a bakery a little on the higher end clientele wise, you would hope for better customer service.
My friend and I are regulars so you would also think that service would be really good for us, but no. We are barely greeted, sometimes not at all. Our order has been messed up several times.
Today I finally talked to the owner to ask why I was given different cheese than what's on the menu. She said because she "assumed" that I wanted cheddar instead (this wasn't the first time). So I began to explain that I wanted what is advertised on the MENU and she cut me off and walked off. No apologies. The funny part about this is I had just told her earlier that another one of my orders was messed up several weeks prior.
Also, the ants crawling around in the back seating area are not very welcoming.
Its just extremely unfortunate that I have given C&S so many chances to prove themselves because I love the place. But I continuously get let down. A deep hearted sincere apology would be nice but is never offered.
If you are wondering, my family has also purchased a $300 cake from you.
On one occasion my friend asked if you guys had anything with peanut butter in it, in which we were told no. However, when we pointed to a candy and asked what it had in it your staff replied peanut butter. This also happened with another item containing banana.
If the management wants to make this right, I would be more than willing to edit this comment. Your staff knows me and my friend come after Fit Body boot camp.
I would be more than willing to give the staff tips on basic customer service.
