So this is a bit pricey for ice cream: Large (5.95$) small (4.95$) but I promise it's worth it. All ice cream is made in front of you using the magic of liquid nitrogen (how cool is that?). You can add toppings to the top or have them mixed in for 50 cents per topping. You can also add caramel or fudge drizzle for no charge.
They also have a few machines in the back ( recently added) where you can get their standard frozen yogurt.
If you are a newbie I recommend the Kristina. It's strawberry balsamic ice cream with house made whip topping and nutella. It's amazing and a pretty safe option for the less adventurous.
There is not a huge selection of flavors but they do add new ones throughout the year. I am currently addicted to the Matcha Green Tea ( added roasted strawberries), the Mocha (add cookie dough or brownies) and the Nutella (add cookie dough). They also have a Taro Root flavor for the bubble tea enthusiast. I haven't tried it personally but who doesn't like Taro flavored bubble tea....it has to be good as ice cream...right??
On summer nights you may find a line out the door due to the process of individually making the ice cream but it's summer so I suggest digging the uptown scene while you wait.
