This is by far the worst insurance company I have ever used. Every single time I call, I end up waiting for an hour on hold before I ever get to a real person and by the time you get to that person, they give you attitude. I have yet to encounter one person in their customer service that is even half of a decent human being. I called to ask if they could move my payment date back 7 days because my aunt had died and I needed to use some of the money from my paycheck for a flight to make it to the funeral. I explained my situation, hoping that they would be a little understanding, but the rep said "Well, I don't think that's true. We need to get paid or we are going to cancel you immediately." Because of them, I had to miss my aunt's funeral only to be canceled anyway since my payment was ONE day late. They wouldn't honor it and basically stole my money. When I was with GEICO, they were always willing to work with me if I was in a tight spot. These people are heartless crooks. If you like being treated like absolute dog shit and an ATM, this company is your guy.
