The worst service experience I've ever had. My Jetta would not start one day so I got it towed here. They tried to say my car was not under warranty and that it was the whole computer system that was dead. We knew what was wrong with it that whole time... the relay. When we told the lady at the service counter she laughed in our face. My car was there for about 2 to 3 weeks before they finally told us the truth and gave us the correct diagnosis. Which was the relay as I might add. After being on the phone with the front desk lady probably about twice a day for 2-3 weeks, after catching her lying and not giving correct information about my car.. I finally got it back today. They were trying to get me to pay 1300 for the computer system being "dead" but it was really the relay which was $269. Once we left the lot, the engine light turned on. THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Never again will I use Carolina Volkswagen or ever refer them to anyone I know.
