I was so excited about Prosecco, I live so close and couldn't wait to make this my new Italian spot. I've been here two times before and something's always been a little off but it wasn't worth mentioning. But today will be the last time I ever step foot in this restaurant. I decided to stop in for lunch, I had the Caesar salad to start and it was terrible. Oh my gosh the lettuce was wilted, yellow and a little red I was actually scared to take one bite. I couldn't believe they would try to pass that off to anyone but nevertheless things happen so it wasn't the end of the world. What bothered me was the servers reaction to our concerns and also that it was still on the bill at the end. When we mentioned it he seemed so irritated. Also, being here previously I was expecting the delicious complimentary bread and olive oil but it never came and I never mentioned it because I assumed that it must be just for dinner service. I was really disappointed when I saw that the two tables beside us were offered the bread. Maybe I'm looking too much into it but words can't describe how this type of service can make a person feel, was it the way we looked, the way we were dressed? I don't know, but being in this industry myself, I expected so much more.
