  • This would be a five star rating if they would have taken their coupon. E.R. Plumbing had a $50 off your $200 repair web coupon. My bill was over $280 dollars. The plumber had to call his boss to see if they would take the coupon. They would not take the coupon because the repair part of the bill was only $195.00. Refusing the coupon was not a great way to gain customer loyalty. If the repair was 5 more dollars I would have been able to use the coupon. What stops them from always setting the repair price just below the coupon price. This is my second time using E.R. Despite the plumbers great service and work I will think twice before calling them next time I have plumbing need. Because by them not taking the coupon it just left me with bad feeling.
