I've been happy with Suburban Sanitation for some time and haven't had any complaints so far, but around the holidays this year, that changed. My bill is paid way in advance and when I called after New Year's to find out when my trash was going to be picked up, after three weeks of trash not being picked up, the owner was exceptionally rude to me. They take away the trash most weeks and it's a fair price - much lower than Waste Management - but just hope you don't have to actually speak with them. It's true that they're a better alternative than Waste Management, but this guy seriously needs some lessons on how to speak to his paying customers.
