  • Stopped in while waiting for Zarkana to open. Ordered a drink and appetizer. Was told by a snippy bartender that soda water would be six dollars and that she was not allowed to serve water because she is "watched". She very loudly complained to a co-worker about other guests and then proceeded to have a conversation about being drunk with other co-workers. Total turn off The food, lobster tacos, was delish. Too bad the service was so very, very bad.
