  • This place gets four stars from me because of the staff & the consistent drink quality. This location is always super busy, and one of the workers actually told us they are the busiest Dutch Bros location in the nation. I definitely believe that! I am always traveling up and down the west coast, and I have never seen long lines at any of the other Dutch locations I've come across. Since opening the other location just up the street, it does seem like the lines have died down a little, though. If you don't mind the wait, it's definitely worth it to stop by. The employees are all incredibly outgoing and helpful, and i've never had a bad experience with them. They are very knowledgeable about the drinks, and were able to tell us with certainty which drinks could be made dairy-free the first time we stopped by. With some other Dutch locations, I have had my drinks taste really off (i.e. sweetened coffee not tasting sweet, at all) or made incorrectly, but that rarely happens here. The few times they have made a simple mistake (such as putting whipped cream on a drink when we asked for none), they have remade the entire drink without us even asking. Additionally, they tend to randomly just give you extra stamps on your card, which is really appreciated. Overall, I love this location and would suggest it to anybody considering trying it.
