  • I had purchases a Relax & Renew New client Introductory Package from this company to see if I like there massages. I had called many times to schedule an apt and was told they did not have any openings for weeks at a time. I called again to make an appointment and was told they would not honor the certificate because it had expired 6 weeks ago. Why will they not honor something I already paid for? Not a good way to get new clients who had already paid for your services.
