  • If you're a Retro Bakery fan, this place is for you. They have cupcakes and cookies, etc. This place is located on 215 and Decatur - same side as LVAC. The store itself is pretty nice. Post workout reward #treatyoself? The cookies are great. A good and delicious variety made with quality ingredients. Each morsel is delectable. However, I can't say the same about their cupcakes. We got a dozen cupcakes in different flavors but we ended up throwing most of them away. They're overly sweet - it's unnecessary. You can throw away 3/4 of the frosting to cut off the sweetness but you're left with a cupcake in need of moisture. You decide what you want to sacrifice: moisture or sugar. Desserts can be fantastic without a bajillion grams of sugar. They also have Nutella Cream Pie that I like.
