  • So, I stop at Sunburst Shutters to pick up a 'kit' that I was told (a couple of months ago) and rightfully, there's measurements that have to be made, type of shutters (wood / poly) and I just wasn't happy with the info I got and left. Not more than a couple of hours later, Darik from Sunburst Shutters comes to my house to address our concerns. Darik (manager) proceeded to repair our shutters, gave me some extra parts and showed me how to repair if needed. All of this and the shutters were NOT installed by Sunburst Shutters! :-) The customer service I received from Sunburst Shutters was second to none! WILL DEFINITELY do business with ONLY Sunburst Shutters! I wouldn't look elsewhere, these guys ROCK!!! Rick C. 40 year resident Las Vegas.
