  • HORRIBLE! We canceled them because they got greedy with their pricing and also had an issue with a level one rep not transferring our call to a supervisor after numerous requests to be transferred. Rich Williams, regional manager out of Arrowhead hands his business cards out and says to call if you ever have an issue but when you do call, he doesn't return your calls. Such a horrible company with even worse customer service. I didn't think anyone could be worse than Cox but guess what...CL is!
