  • I bought a pair of converse for my 4 years old. They have dozens of models, however they do not have anything in stock. They pair I bought was too big for my son and I went back to change the size. As they don't have anything in stock, they said that "one day my son will grow and they will fit". They refused to give me a refund even if I had a legit reason. They simply do not have anything in stock and I had a good reason to ask for a refund. Their attitude is bad in general. You can get the same shoes cheaper anywhere else with a better customer service policy. Do not recommend at all.
