I am so disappointed of how a front desk manager handled a $7 dispute yesterday with me. To me I refused to pay because she stated they just started charging ato keep original and to give me copy. month ago for storage. She had lack of customer service and refused to wave the charge. She made false statements and took my receipt refused to give it back until the made a copy. Then she instructed the bellman to keep original. When I demanded the original he made an alteration with a red pen. YOU CAN NOT WRITE ON A CLAIM CHECK AFTER THERE IS A DISPUTE. This voids the claimcheck's small print.
