I actually didn't mind this place. I don't know why they've got some poor reviews. I mean there's definitely some room for improvement but there wasn't anything that WRONG with them. Like most of the other people I learned about them through the deal they had on living social. I have to admit it was pretty hard to make an appointment for the first month, but this is pretty much the case when it comes to all the places who post a deal on one of those sites cuz suddenly their traffic goes up.
I've tried the following services here:
Manicure and Pedicure: a pretty good job. Takes about an hour for pedicure, 35 minutes manicure. The chair is comfy, the girl does her job while you read or text or whatever you do during these things. my point is it doesn't feel like you HAVE to make a conversation.
Brazilian wax: obviously cant get into much details here. takes about 10 minutes. she's pretty good at it. And everything looks very clean.
They also have an online booking system which is great, saves you the time to call.
UPDATED REVIEW: It takes a lot to make me a regular customer, and I have to say I am now a regular customer of Rythm Spa. I really like the owner she's a brilliant young woman and I appreciate her hard work to give the best customer service.
