Pros: best seitan cheesesteaks/"pittsburgh" hoagies/seitan steak salads everrr; amazing vegan/vegetarian menu; good prices; semi-decent background music choices; interesting/weird/amusingly terrible art work to enjoy while waiting for your order.
Cons: the seitan wings are pretty mediocre/have consistency issues; there's a 50% chance they'll get a phone order wrong (on weekend nights the wait is typically at least 45 minutes; and then another 20 when you come to pick your order up and have to stand in line; there's no customer bathroom, which doesn't mix well with gallery crawl drinking; the lack of A/C means the place is about 10,000 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer; hipsters.
Other pros: the employees are constantly stressed out, often not especially happy to see you, and generally give zero f¥*#s about whether or not your order is modified according to your goddamn ridiculous requests.
It is a glorious pizza shop embodiment of anti-capitalism and the you-don't-know-the-secret-handshake mentality of yinzer Pittsburgh, and it is beautiful.
